1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 76ji platform — whether through the website at 76ji.app or via the official Android application — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who places a bet or plays a game on 76ji. They form the entire agreement between you and 76ji regarding your use of the platform and supersede any prior understandings or representations.

2. Eligibility and Registration

You are only eligible to register and use 76ji if:

• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by 76ji for violations of these terms.

76ji reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

3. Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on 76ji. Operating multiple accounts is prohibited, regardless of the intent. If duplicate accounts are detected, 76ji reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

Important You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. This includes your password and any One-Time Password (OTP) codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share these with any third party. 76ji staff will never ask you for your password through any channel.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 76ji support immediately. 76ji will not be held responsible for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where adequate precautions were not taken by the account holder.

Account information — including your registered name and identity details — may not be transferred to another person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

4. Deposits and Payments

All deposits on 76ji are made in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfer (online banking). Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods on 76ji.

Note Deposit amounts are credited to your 76ji account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the method used and any delays from the payment network. 76ji is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

• All funds deposited must come from payment accounts registered in your own name.
• 76ji does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of another player.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method — current limits are displayed within your account dashboard.
• Depositing funds constitutes your agreement that you are using your own money and that it originates from a lawful source.

5. Withdrawals

Required Withdrawals may only be processed after your account has completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Unverified accounts are not eligible to withdraw funds.

Withdrawals are paid out in Philippine Peso to the same GCash account, Maya account, or Philippine bank account used to make deposits, or to an account verified as belonging to you. 76ji does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to review and processing. Estimated processing times are shown in your account dashboard and vary by method.
• 76ji reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time or unusually large withdrawal requests.
• Funds that were deposited but not yet played through minimum activity requirements — where applicable to a bonus — may be subject to review before withdrawal. Specific bonus conditions are communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
• 76ji reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal in cases where fraud, duplicate accounts, or terms violations are suspected.

6. Gameplay and Bets

All bets placed on 76ji are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of each bet before it is submitted — including the selection, stake amount, and game type. 76ji will not reverse a confirmed bet due to a player's change of mind.

Important The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform for personal gain.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Attempting to defraud 76ji or other players through any means.

In the event of a technical failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 76ji will review the incident and make a determination based on the available system data. The decision of 76ji in such cases is final.

All slot games, eBingo, and RNG-based games on 76ji use certified Random Number Generators. Live casino outcomes are determined by physical dealing or spinning conducted in a live studio environment. No outcome can be predicted or manipulated.

7. Promotions and Bonuses

• Accounts found to be duplicates will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited.
• Accounts involved in fraud, money laundering attempts, or collusion will be closed and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy procedures as communicated separately.

You may choose to close your own account at any time by contacting 76ji customer support. Closure will be processed once any pending transactions are settled and identity checks are completed.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 76ji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or losses resulting from technical failures, delays, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

76ji does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party service disruptions may occasionally affect platform availability.

Important Gaming and betting on 76ji involves financial risk. You participate entirely at your own risk. 76ji accepts no responsibility for financial losses incurred as a result of gaming activity.

12. Changes to These Terms

76ji may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
